Description: Hello my Aviator, welcome on board of my YouTube channel. Are you ready for a vacation in Miami? During my line training as a Captain I had one week of vacation and I decided quite spontaneously to fly to Miami. But why Miami? I have been there already many times, also during my pilot training. I really like the vibe, the wide sandy beaches, the sunny weather and the influence in the culture of South America. There is not a lot of sight seeing you can do, so six days in are enough to discover the city. Especially Miami Beach. But I have to admit this time I was a little bit disappointed about my stay. This primarily linked to hotel prices in Miami Beach. I don’t mind to spend a little more, but the pice value was not acceptable. I first stayed in the W Miami Beach. For 500 US$ room only I expected so much more. I even arrived in the evening and the room was not ready yet. In the end I did not get the upgrade as promised. Second hotel was called the Cadillac. It was a little cheaper, but the hotel was nothing really special for 400$ a night. For small things like Espresso, Umbrella, etc. you had to pay extra. Sometimes I had the impression that this is tourist trap now. That’s not a good trend for the travel industry. People like me share their opinion.
